  I have used this guy twice now. The first time he gave me a couple steps to try on my own so I wouldn't have to pay for a service call (I still had to but it's nice to see someone trying to save me money). The second time I had him fix a busted pipe, and he knew how to talk to the insurance company so that it was covered by my home warranty. I will definitely use him again.
  
  (Dec 2017, 3rd time using him). I was having some hard water issues. He came and showed me how to fix it with my water softener and told me the correct settings to use. He quoted a new water softener, but said if I can get the settings to change on mine that I don't need a new one. That night I cleaned the terminals and the buttons worked again. The system works fine now.
  
  This guy is not about to sell you something you don't need. He is kind too people that are new to well systems and only suggests work that actually needs performed. If you are looking for an honest person to come into your home and work on your water well, I couldn't recommend him more.
